About the President
A graduate of Syracuse University, Christina is a past avid competitor who has won many titles and awards. She is honored to have had her photo featured on the OPRAH show. As a professional actress, she has been filmed in movie scenes with Julia Roberts, Mel Gibson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jennifer Aniston.March 15 & 16, 2008

OPTIONAL PHOTGENIC- This competition is open to all age divisions. No limit on the number of photos submitted. Photos can be wallet size up to 8X10, color or black & white. Name and age must be on back of photo. All photos will be collected at registration.
OPTIONAL MODELING- Outfit can be sports related or a cute simple outfit. Glitzy attire & western wear are also acceptable for this category. One routine only is allowed with a 1 minute time limit. Modeling ability & potential will be scored. Pageant supplies music.
OPTIONAL TALENT- You can perform one or two separate talent routines with a maximum time limit of 3 minutes each. Acts that may be dangerous to our audience will not be allowed. If using music on a cassette - it must be cued, or points will be deducted by each judge. This competition will not be available for Baby Division
MISS POPULARITY AWARD- The contestant in each show with the biggest cheering section in the audience will be named Miss Popularity & receive a beautiful trophy, sash and crown.
RECOMMENDING FRIENDS- Feel free to make photocopies for your friends ( put your name on the form before you give it out ). If you recommend one friend who enters - you will receive a beautiful friendship trophy. For each additional friend that enters you will receive a $50 savings bond. Friend cannot be on our mailing list to qualify for this award.
COUTO PAGEANTS, INC. PROUDLY DONATES a portion of the pageant proceeds to ST. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
PHOTO FOR PROGRAM BOOK- Can be any size, color or black & white. We must receive it 2 weeks before pageant weekend in order to be in Book.
HOST HOTEL- has special rates for pageant contestants. But only for a limited time. The hotel is beautiful and has a great indoor pool, so feel free to make a fun-filled family weekend of it.

8 PAGEANT PRINCESSES (first runners-up in age division) will win a beautiful crown, trophy & official Princess sash with rosette.
RUNNERS-UP (in each age division) Trophy and gift.
OPTIONAL COMPETITIONS
TALENT WINNERS (in each age division) will win a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash. Runners-up will receive a trophy. Overall Talent winner will also win $300 Savings Bond & photo featured in 2006 brochure.
MODEL WINNERS (in each age division) will win a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash. Runners-up will receive a trophy. Overall Talent winner will also win $200 Savings Bond & photo featured in 2006 brochure.
PHOTOGENIC WINNERS (in each age division) will win a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash. Runners-up will receive a trophy. Overall Photogenic winner will also win $100 Savings Bond & photo featured in next year's brochure.
MISS HOSPITALITY & MISS POPULARITY will win a crown, sash, trophy, and gifts.
FIRST 5 APPLICATIONS RECEIVED will win trophy.
ALL CONTESTANTS will receive a participation trophy, ribbon, gifts, dinner, and a beautiful program book.

1) Your age as of Pageant Day will determine what age group you will compete in. Director has the right to request valid proof of age at any time.
2) Baby & Little Division must each have 8 contestants in the division in order to receive full $1000 Bond. Partial bond awarded if less than 8 contestants in these two divisions.
3) A dressing room will be provided by pageant officials for all contestants. Only one companion (ex. mother, hairdresser, etc.) will be allowed in at a time with each contestant. ONLY FEMALES can enter the dressing room. If you require a large space, we suggest you stay overnight at the Host Hotel so you can have your own room to change in.
4) Hotel regulations require that anyone using the pool facilities must be an overnight guest.
5) Contestants must be a resident of a New England or NY State.
6) Contestants must be female, never married, and childless.
7) Winners of savings bonds may choose cash equivalent.
8) Poor sportsmanship will not be allowed and will be grounds for disqualification without refund.
9) Points will be deducted if time limits are exceeded in Talent and Modeling competitions.
10) Points will be deducted if talent tapes are not cued to beginning of music selection.
11) All fees are non-refundable
